Terms & Conditions

● You agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of $50, with the remaining balance due 24 hours prior to your event.  Deposit must be paid to secure the rental for your event date. 

 ● If you must cancel your event rental, your initial deposit may be reallocated to another date and time, based on availability, up to two times. 

● All champagne walls, solid shelf walls, glass flutes  and props are available for rent only, and will be picked up by Champagne Walls Phx after your event at a predetermined date and time. 

● All champagne walls, solid shelf walls and props  are quality-checked before your event, and are expected to be returned in the condition they were initially rented to you. You will be liable for any damage or missing items. A $750 fee will be charged if any wall is damaged and deemed unusable at pick up. 

 ● If glass flutes are supplied by Champagne Walls Phx - A $2 fee will be charged for any missing or broken flute.

● If a champagne wall or solid shelf wall and any additional props are  being used for an outdoor setup, they must be moved indoors and away from the elements overnight, or will need to be picked up by Champagne Walls Phx the evening of your event. No extra fee will be assessed for late night or next day pick up. 

● Champagne or any type of alcohol is not included in rental prices - Champagne Walls Phx does not sell any alcohol/alcoholic beverages.

● Balloons policy: Champagne Walls Phx is not responsible for damage to balloon set up after we leave the premises. Balloons will not be set up in direct sunlight so please plan accordingly (balloons will pop from the sun). No outdoor balloon set up for events in April through September (covered or uncovered from sun). 

● Covid-19 precautions - we care deeply about your safety and ours, so all glass flutes and walls are cleaned and sanitized prior to your event. If you would like to request any additional precautions for our team to take, or have any concerns about overall safety and well-being, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate. 

**We reserve the right to cancel your event rental for any reason prior to your event. If this occurs, we will refund you all fees and your non-refundable booking fee unless otherwise discussed.**
